ATS manufactures standard and custom engineered products to provide customers with the right solution. Advanced Thermal Sciences is looking for an energetic Inventory Cycle Count Associate to join our team at our Anaheim, CA site.
Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records pertaining to material inventory, status and location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts cycle counts, assisting with physical inventories.
Analyzes and corrects cycle count discrepancies, material transfers and returns to stock as appropriate.
Performs data entry regarding issues or transfers of material from one location to another; creates and maintains spreadsheet to monitor issues and generate graphs.
May provide work leadership to others.
Performs other related duties as required.
Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least two years related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
