We are currently searching for a Senior Systems Engineer - Product Owner to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA (1000). A comprehensive relocation package is available for qualified candidates. The Common Tools and Technology Team (CT3) develops tools for Engineering, Finance, Operations and anyone in Rockwell Collins to help them save time and money. We are looking for a talented individual who can work as a Product Owner. The PO will be responsible for managing customer relationship, requirements, finance, and schedule.
Managing customer relationships
Gather customer requirements
Point of Contact for all customer relationship (Customer - engineering, finance, contracts )
Flowdown customer requirements to the developers
Schedule and Cost planning (Bid for new applications)
Increment planning (Product Owner)
Execute plan and report Earn Value
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline.
Strong communication skills
Able to work with a big team and coordinate with IDC developers
Strong knowledge of program planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of Earn Value
Have a good understanding of CT3 tools
Have an understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
