We design to manufacture honeycomb composite panels and have build to print capabilities, as well as the ability to provide value added services, and custom details including curved panels. Our panels are used in lavatories, furniture, inflight systems within the aerospace industry. As part of the Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Interiors team (ALCI) selected for the Boeing 737 Modular Lavatory, we manufacture the panels for this 10 year $800 million contract.

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Production Planner/Scheduler in our Interior Business Systems business located in Corona, CA.



Reporting to the Operations Manager the Production Planner/Scheduler will plan and prepare production schedules based on forecast demands.



  • Plans and issues schedules and materials requirements.

  • Coordinates Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing and similar departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules

  • Maintains running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory.

  • Matches workload, manning, and equipment capacity to existing inventory.

  • Assists with preparation and monitoring master schedules; works with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities.

  • Requisitions materials after determining delivery dates.

  • Advises inventory control of requirements and usage.

  • Communicates status and changes to customer service or directly to customers.

  • Performs other related duties as required.



  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and two to three years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with MRP / ERP systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.



  • APICS certification

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, especially aerospace.

  • Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Desire to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead projects to make improvements to processes, procedures, etc.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders; Ability to build strong relationships.
