As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Electrical Engineer in our Water/Waste Systems business located in Everett, WA.


Reporting to the Director of Research and Development, the Electrical Engineer shall participate in the development of new aircraft system designs.


  • Prepare and review detailed documentation for product design including BOM, circuit schematic, specifications, test plans, test procedures, and test reports.

  • Review LRU design concepts and supplier drawings for fulfillment of specification requirements

  • Participates as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment

  • Directs preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects

  • Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints

  • Participates in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work

  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Up to 10% of travel is expected for this position.


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university

  • Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Analog and / or digital circuit design experience for 28 V / 115 V or signals


  • Familiarity with commercial aircraft system design practices, electrical requirements, and component qualification requirements

  • Experienced with design analysis tools such as PSPICE, MathCad, Matlab / Simulink.

  • Lead root cause and corrective action analysis and implementation on electronics products

  • Familiar with commercial aircraft system communication protocols such as CAN, ARINC, RS232, etc.

  • Working experience with Altium
