Our Lenexa facility specializes in the production of Oxygen Life Support Systems and Galley Inserts Beverage Maker Products. Our Oxygen and Beverage Maker small parts assembly manufacturing, focuses on safety and quality products production into the field for aircraft crew and passengers.

As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Customer Service Representative in our Oxygen & PSU Systems business located in Lenexa, Kansas.


Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service & Planning, the Customer Service Representative will process complex customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints. He/she will also maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. Customer Service Representatives utilize knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. He/she will exercise judgment, discretion, and function independently within authorized limits.


  • Records and processes orders and/or inquiries.

  • Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.

  • Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.

  • Checks and approves credit within established limitations, and confirms orders.

  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.

  • Serves as communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.

  • Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected orders.

  • Interacts with sales and supply chain/logistics staff as needed.

  • Performs other related duties as required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and one (1) years of relevant experience -OR- an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.

  • Manufacturing experience.
