Job Summary

This position is responsible for data management cost estimating, scheduling, submitting and controlling activities associated with engineering programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Defines and communicates contractual data requirements to personnel responsible for data preparation.

  • Defines and maintains data delivery schedules.

  • Coordinates contractual data preparation and submittals to customers.

  • Establishes and maintains program data files (physical and digital).

  • Maintains schedules and logs for contractual data (shipped and received) and customer review/approval comments.

  • Operates in accordance with Corporate, Operations, and Rockwell Collins policies and practices and in compliance with accepted business ethics.

  • Strives for 100% internal and external customer satisfaction by obtaining and maintaining a clear understanding of the customer's needs and providing products and service which totally satisfy customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma as minimum or unfinished studies in Commerce, logistics or related.

  • Preferrable previous experience as customs agent (but not necesary)

  • English level- 80% reading, speaking no mandatory
