As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Supply Chain Analyst in our Purchasing business located in China.
The Supply Chain Analyst in the Supply Chain Order fulfilment team is responsible for purchasing materials, components, finished assemblies and outside processing to support production requirements.
Purchases materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimizes price, delivery, and terms.
Order book management:
Price book accuracy – PO vs PB mismatch
28 Day look ahead
Incoming Transport – Transport requests, Shipped not received
Supplier On Time Delivery ( Grief)
Supplier Quality (MRBRR, RTV, SCARs)
Supplier Payment queries ( IOL, RNV)
Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase, Supplier managed inventory, call off orders or other recognized industry best practice to support Lead time reduction.
Participates in projects with other departments and/or external vendors.
Supplier improvement plans

Contributes to ensuring effective systems, procedures, and policies are maintained in line with all statutory and corporate requirements.
Develop standard work for key activities
Is aware of market conditions on raw material within their commodity portfolio and communicates risks to management.
- Aluminum, Oil, Resin, Nylons, Steel etc.
Helps and assists the end user population with questions, problems, and related issues.
Performs other related duties and special projects as required.
Minimum 3 year experience working within a supply chain environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Experience in working with overseas suppliers.
Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively and professionally in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively and professionally in German is mandatory.
Education and/or work experience in Germany are preferred.
Experience working with multi-national organizations and across cultures.
Experience working with supply chain systems (i.e. knowledge of SAP, JDE MRP, or Materials Requirements Planning packages).
Qualified or working towards a relevant supply chain qualification.
