B/E Aerospace's Oak Plaza operations are comprised of the core enabling functions, including: Engineering, Research & Development, Program Management, Prodcut Support, Strategic Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Quality, FInance and Human Resources. Together these functional teams collaborate to help engineer the most innovative and highest quality main cabine conomy and premium aircraft seating for various customers around the globe.
As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of positions available right now, including a Data Management Specialist in our Seating Products business located in Winston-Salem, NC.
Manage and maintain program planning and workload forecasting tools
Facilitate program milestone, data submittal, etc. forecasting communication and tools to drive visibility to Critical To Quality (CTQ) team documentation completion goals
Manage and maintain visual boards in support of daily status meetings and Walk Around Reviews
Manage and maintain testing databases including, but not limited to, test data entry and database tool enhancement
Supports test article definition/creation and management of the raw material Teamcenter library
Coordinate and expedite data submittals from vendors
Manage and control data within programs
Communicate data needs to other groups with Rockwell Collins
Help compile Rockwell Collins documents from vendor data
Review Data for completeness
Communicates data needs to other groups within Rockwell Collins
Performs Ad Hoc test results analyses to monitor test pass/fail trends
Associates degree in technical field or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Demonstrated ability to work in Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Pro.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Must be able to consistently following a data sourcing/entry process.
Demonstrate technical aptitude.
Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic as used with Excel
Introductory knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, experience with Teamcenter is a plus
Previous experience working with Team Center or other Product Lifecycle Management software.
Analytic problem solving skill set.
